With the annual report of the parent company Delvag Versicherungs-AG, the annual financial statement of Albatros Versicherungsdienste GmbH was also approved at the same time. We are pleased about the important contribution we were able to make to Delvag's very good overall result with our work.

The following key figures and highlights particularly represent the successful 2023 financial year: 

• Profit (before tax) increased by 28 %
   
• Aviation segment: >1,600 aircraft (+5 % more than in the previous year) and 270 million passengers (+ 14%) insured
   
• Focus on customer satisfaction: Great result in the Albatros customer survey with an outstanding Net Promoter Score (willingness to recommend) of 76%
   
• Successful customer events such as the Aviation Insurance Day, the Industry Insurance Day, the Crisis Management Workshop and the Fire Protection Workshop

Together with our competent and highly committed employees, our great customers and the unique Albatros spirit, we are already looking forward to the rest of the 2024 financial year. A highlight of the current year will also be the 100th anniversary of our parent company Delvag on 12 August, which we will celebrate together with our colleagues.
